Biography

Alexander is a Microsoft MVP, and a Managing Consultant at Excella, based out of Washington DC. He is an international speaker, and have spoken at conferences such as NDC London, NDC Melbourne, ProgNET, Big Data Europe, .NET Jetbrains Global Online Day and others. He’s the co-founder and organizer of The Virtual ML.NET Community Conference and the organizer of the .NET DC User Group. A Year Long Journey from .NET Framework to .NET Core

.NET Core has been around for a couple of years now and with the latest release of .NET 5, it is a great time for large, complex enterprise applications to migrate away from .NET Framework.

Doing so is far from easy and can be challenging, especially as you may be forced to address years of technical debt. It is however an initiative well worth the effort.
