Advantages and complexities of Event-Driven Design

Event-driven Design is not something that emerged just today. A lot of systems utilize advantages of such approach – async style of communication, swift reaction time, ease of expansion, flexibility, etc… However, nothing comes without a price, such as complexities in reaching transactionality and data consistency. In this talk, we would like to take a closer look at key EDD concepts and benefits, as well as possible pitfalls.
