He is very passionate about DevOps as in his opinion this is an ideal combination of organizational and technical practices to increase value delivered and worker happiness. He helps organizations and teams to improve their skill in this area by explaining and collaborating on a technical level as well as with people practices. Since 2010 he is a Professional Scrum Trainer licensed by scrum.org and has been awarded annually with the Microsoft MVP award since 2008.

The Holy Grail in Scrum: The Done Increment

Scrum is the most used agile framework and almost everyone knows the basic rules. It is therefore surprising that the idea of a Done product increment receives so little attention. In this talk we as knights of the holy grail want to make ourselves on the search for ways to this mystic thing. We will discuss what Done can mean in different contexts. We will have to experience numerous adventures on this journey but as in every great fable there will be an happy end. And together we will gain new knowledge and new insights in what it means for a Scrum team to deliver a Done increment every Sprint.
